Blog to Book: Spiritual Life of A Fiction Writer by Beth Barany

Blog to Book: Spiritual Life of A Fiction Writer by Beth BaranyOn Blog to Book: Spiritual Life of A Fiction Writer by Beth Barany… Last month I shared that I was writing a book on the spiritual life of a fiction writer and shared the topics I’d written about.

Some writers start with an outline and proceed to write on each topic in order. In my case, I wrote as I was moved and now I have a total of 15 posts.

The first 12 are listed here:

Here’s 3 more posts on the topic I’ve written since then:

Next steps: Putting together the book.

Specifically, I’ll assemble the titles of these 15 articles. That’s my Table of Contents. I’m working with my friend, colleague, and editor Jon Low (his latest book; his site) who will give me feedback on the order of the chapters.

Then I may add content, or I may share what I have with my beta readers, asking for feedback and questions.

From that point, I may add more content, or I may prepare the book for publication and release it, perhaps this fall.
