I know that’s a shocking statement to say we’re not good enough, but folks, it’s absolutely the truth. “Why,” you might say, “would you say such a thing? It’s hurtful. It doesn’t help me. You’re just plain mean.”

Sometimes the unexpected throws us off of our writing schedule and out of our comfort zone. Sometimes the unexpected things that happen are quite scary and other times just odd little curveballs here and there.
Remember the sixties mantra, “What’s your story? (man)”? It resonated because your story was important, it reflected who you were and who you wanted to be.
Driving can be compared to the turning points in a story in that turning points are when the story takes a new direction, much like your right and left hand turns.
Whether you need help with grammar, punctuation, or choosing just the right word or phrase to evoke emotion in your reader, these tools have your back.
A Bevy of Options – Beginning another career can be daunting. I’ve come up with two separate categories: Things that are “free” and those that cost.
Developing your voice takes time and practice. Babies don’t learn to speak in a week, and your voice won’t emerge immediately, either. In time, you’ll be dancing on the page, and your readers will beg to come to your party.
