Epidemic of Kindness

So I say, when you feel fear, let it pass through you, but give it no place for refuge. Evict it in all its forms (greed, selfishness, ill-will, despair, lingering sadness). Cleanse your mind with love, joy, compassion, and kindness… yes, be the source for an epidemic of kindness!” – XN
