My Deep Listening Practice from Author, Beth Barany

New series! I am committing to sharing a weekly video for the next while, at least for the month of August, where I practice in the real world, sharing with you my journey as a writer and creative entrepreneur.

Today I share with you my Deep Listening spiritual practice that I do via writing,

Video/audio length: 6:58. (6 minutes, 58 seconds)

Developing a Deep Listening Writing Practice of Your Own

If you’d like to develop a deep listening practice of your own, here’s some guidelines I recommend:

  • Decide for how long you’d like to do your practice.
  • How will you show up? By writing? Other?
  • Set your focus.
  • Be kind if you miss a day.
  • Notice the benefits of your practice in your daily life.

If you have questions or want to share about your spiritual writing practice, please do so in the comments below or on Google +.
