Getting Started with my Novel is so Hard #amwriting

“Getting Started with my Novel is So Hard”

As an author’s coach, I hear this all the time.

I know how you feel.

I’ll tell you a little secret.

The secret to getting started with your novel is to…start. Even it’s crap. Even if you don’t know what you’re doing.

I give you total permission to write it any which way. Then you can edit it later. You can get feedback on it.

What is the difference that makes the difference?

Again: What is the difference that makes the difference?

This was the question my NLP teachers and NLP-trained business coaches were asking us.

I already felt that it was asking questions that help us crack open to the truth, or at least to a new awareness.

I’d never heard that question before and became super curious and excited when I did.

If you’re struggling with getting started on your novel, instead of asking what is in your way, ask: What will help me get started?

My 5-day fr*e Writer’s Motivation Mini-course is designed to help you get started.

If you’re a newsletter subscriber, you may have already received this course. If you didn’t get this free 5-day course, email me and I will add you.

If a friend has forwarded this newsletter to you, click here to sign up for this course.

What is the question you can ask yourself to get you curious and moving forward with your novel?

I’m curious with what you discover. Comment below!

Here’s to you and your dreams becoming reality!
