Do you write every day? I’m always writing, but not necessarily on my fiction.
Excellent advice here, I totally agree that getting into a pattern of writing everyday is key, and and also helps you feel more connected to your work. Early morning is best before daily distractions can get in the way. I know that Updike wrote from 9-12 daily, and then did other things, and he had amazing output and productivity!
