And so we find ourselves in autumn<\/strong>, the season of the metal element. The metal element Is related to the functions of the lung whose job it is to inspire oxygen into the body.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Metal is also related to the function of the large intestine whose job it is to release the body\u2019s waste, that which we no longer need. Right now marks the perfect time to tap in to this energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Metal Element and Your Creativity\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

If we<\/span> look even deeper, the energy of the metal element supports us to fully allow what we need and desire to come in and to receive it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On one level we look to the metal element to breathe in or inspire creative ideas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

On another level we look to metal to help us stand in our deserving, to set aside time and receive the thing that so many of you deeply crave — creative expression, creative flow.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
