Readers wash their minds and hearts with words, stories, and emotions. Then when you sit down to write, all these words and stories and emotions mix with their life experience, learning, vocabulary and past writing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">So, my question to you is, \u201cWhat are <em>you<\/em> reading?\u201d I encourage you to read in the genre you write it, be it fiction, nonfiction or somewhere in between. And, to read outside your genre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">I write fantasy, and nonfiction, mostly how-to articles (on this blog any my <a title=\"Creativity Sparks Newsletter\" href=\"http:\/\/bethbarany.com\/sparks.html\" target=\"_blank\">Creativity Sparks Newsletter<\/a>) and informative articles (mostly on <a title=\"HubPages.com\" href=\"http:\/\/hubpages.com\/_5467djkcnmeiq\" target=\"_blank\">HubPages.com<\/a>).
