In my wife’s book A Christmas Fling, a Magical Tale of Romance and Adventure, I worked to convey a winter love in the San Francisco Bay Area. I made the most prominent aspect of the cover be the couple’s love for each other. I used frost and Christmas colors to convey the winter, and I set the Golden Gate Bridge as a background to clarify the proper setting.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Accurately portraying the experience was what mattered most in creating the cover for Beth’s book Touchstone of Love, a Time-Travel Romance. The couple convey the passion, the clock conveys the time-travel aspect, and the cathedral in the background along with their couple’s dress indicates the time period of the story.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For Liz Adams’s erotic version of Alice in Wonderland, Alice’s Sexual Discovery in a Wonderful Land, I put the attention on the couple’s passion for each other and used aspects of surrealism to convey the imaginative experience the readers would have. The other-worldly background, the curly letters, the purple tones, all helped with portraying the imaginative experience readers could expect to have.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Liz Adams’s erotic version of Goldilocks, Goldie’s Locks and the Three Men, takes place in contemporary times. Though the title suggests a menage of sorts, Liz wanted me to be sure to clarify with the cover that the story was not a menage story. I kept the image to only one man, and since Liz’s tale had much to do with locks of hair, I highlighted the hair and placed it in the background of the title.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In Liz Adams’s erotic version of Red Riding Hood, Amy “Red” Riding’s Hood, the story mostly takes place in the woods, so I used that backdrop for the cover. Also, since the hero is a werewolf, I combined the human form with the wolf’s eyes to portray the danger the heroine must face.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
